Completely new to 5e, looking for a friendly campaign

Hello, I've been interested in the newest edition of DnD for a bit and decided I'd try to join a campaign. (My experience with DnD/pathfinder is VERY limited) I like a good balance of RP and combat in campaigns that meet once a week. My schedule : Sun and Mon I work from 4PM EST to 10 EST. Tues-Fri I work my other job from 11 to 5 Saturday I typically have things to do after 4/5. So I guess I'm free before 4 on Sunday and Monday After 5 on Tues-Friday and before 4/5 on Saturday I guess that's specific times but yeah, that's my schedule, I hope to hear from a GM soon!
:( Bump
The sad truth is a lot of groups have a huge pile of applicants. Sometimes if you get a group together ready made for a 5e game a GM will appear. but mostly Gms are not looking through posts like these, because they have a pile of applicants. If you are seeking to find a group the best way is to have someone step up and GM within the group, or the other alternative is to just apply to a lot of Groups like a resume, but it's a process almost like finding a job. Or if you seek to join games that are not Pathfinder or 5th edition, players for that are rare, so in those cases you might find the rare GM that is willing to run one of those games, because finding non 5th or non PF gamers are rarer around here. I'm not trying to discourage either of you, just saying that's what the deal is here. I don't think this post is in vain. I noticed it, but I am often looking for those players seeking the off brand games. I started a One Ring game last week from such people looking for what I was running. To your benefit, you know the system you want and your availability is clear. Good luck, welcome to the community.
