You've made a number of mistakes. I'll give some constructive criticism which you can accept or ignore. Just don't hate mail me. as a player, you're already at a disadvantage by looking for a DM, as you're now waiting for a DM to be looking for new players when the convention is that you look for the campaign (not bad that you are, but you're at a disadvantage). Second, you've already got a character. Which means you aren't putting a character into a DM's campaign, he is building a campaign around you. Generally, we don't like to do that, especially in a game with a party. Because you already have this character, the rest of the party has to be built around supporting and balancing your capabilities, where as traditionally you would build a party with your other players as a give and take of what you want/need and what they want/need. Basically, you've listed a bunch of requirements for someone to be your DM. As a player, you have to be more malleable. Statements like "I'm insterested in playing a rogue in a story based game. Any games out there" is much more inviting, but even then you're limiting the scope to DM's looking for rogues. Not saying you definately won't find anyone willing to take you on, but some things that would help is not limiting the roles you're willing to play, and being the one on the search. Best of luck.
