I think that dice rolls are taking up way too much space on the chat log. A single die roll takes up three lines regardless of all factors. I think there should be a plaintext option for dice rolling where it's notated as " Player rolls 3d6: (4, 2, 5) = 11" or " Player rolls 3d6+2d8: ( 6 , 2, 2) (4, 6) = 20"on a single line. Of course this may prevent rearranging of the dice but that is an extremely niche feature. Also, being able to customize the text size of die rolls would be good as well. Such rolls should be given a specific background color to prevent spoofing. For instance, this pic I made on an etch-a-sketch. Top being my proposal, the bottom being what it is currently. I just feel the slightly larger numbers is just too "screamy" and taking up three lines for the most common non-chat action in a tabletop is just poor aesthetic design. The suggestion is much more economic on screen space by being nearly 100 pixels shorter in height.
