Ping graphic & circular aura issue in Chrome

In one campaign on the dev server, when using Chrome, my ping marker is now a solid, expanding square instead of a hollow circle. In the same campaign, any auras I set on tokens no longer appear unless I check the "square" box. Finally, the player link for the game in the chat window is no longer covered when not moused over, it's visible all the time. Finally, the player link for the game in the chat window is no longer covered when not moused over, it's visible all the time.  I put these in one report because I noticed them all at the same time, and the ping and aura issues seem like they could be related.  Details for the mac:  OS: Apple Mac OS X 10.6.8 Intel Screen Resolution: 1440 x 900 Browser: Chrome 27.0.1453.93 Browser Size: 1440 x 802 Color Depth: 24 bit Javascript: enabled Flash Version: 11.7.700 Cookies: enabled Details for the PC: OS: Windows 7 Screen Resolution: 1920x1080 Browser: Chrome 27.0.1453.94 Browser Size: 1920x961 Color Depth: 32 bit Javascript: Enabled Flash Version: 11.7.700 Cookies: Enabled The visible player link bug appears in all browsers for all my dev server campaigns, but not in any on the main server.

I am experiencing the same issue on a main (not dev) server in my Rise of the Runelords campaign. Happened on two different computers, both with Chrome. Tried in Firefox and it work correctly. Went back to Chrome, and now the circle auras and pings work again, but the health bars are now not rendering.

Cleared the cache, and now the circle auras don't work again (square do) and the pings are filled in squares. Health bars are back to normal.

Interestingly, the pings and auras sometimes render correctly in my other campaigns, though currently not, so maybe it's not campaign specific after all.

Apparently this bug or Chrome issue also causes the token status markers to be outlines only with no fill. Any ideas?
I had similar bugs a few days back, grey tokens and the square ping. I also had some strange results when I tried to use the draw functions, using the line drawing tool wouldn't display the actual lines unless I clicked repeatedly. I swapped to Firefox for a while and when I went back to Chrome they were gone.

Getting square pings here too.
3 of last 4 games i have gotten pink squares but others saw circle pings... worst of all, one time they were PINK
if that wasnt clear, my game last night i saw circles when others saw squares.  it does not seem to be fully client related nor fully roll20 related as its a mix and ,match session to session who seems what
Yeah, roughly half my games I'm getting the squares. Sometimes if I reload it will fix it...sometimes it will fix it and remove health bars.
This is all very odd. I'm not really sure if this is a Roll20 bug or a Chrome bug, though. For example with the auras I'm literally calling the "arc()" functions, so I'm not sure how you call arc() and get a square unless there's a bug in Chrome someplace :-) I'll do some Googling and see if I can't find anyone else with this issue in general...in the meantime please do let me know if you notice any rhyme or reason to why it's happening.
My groups has been having the same ping and drawing issues with the up to date Chrome lately and Firefox is laggy with more than a few light sources.
I am also having squares with the ping in my campaign while other people get the old circles. I do know I am the only one in my group that uses Chrome. It may be a parsing issue that doesn't translate in Chrome, but it's an issue with the compatibility with Chrome likely.
I posted this in another thread, but since this seems to be the official one I figured I'd post here as well: I'm having the square ping tool bug right now actually, while putting together a new page. Not sure if this is helpful, but in the console I found a few error messages...? I'm using Chrome, fully up to date. Error in event handler for 'undefined': SyntaxError: DOM Exception 12 Error: An invalid or illegal string was specified. at setRules ( <a href="https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.d20.io/images/617860/FLXISFfjl2rwWo6TWyowJA/max.png?13601596355" rel="nofollow">https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.d20.io/images/617860/FLXISFfjl2rwWo6TWyowJA/max.png?13601596355</a> 11Cross-origin image load denied by Cross-Origin Resource Sharing policy.&nbsp; app.roll20.net/:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)&nbsp; <a href="https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.d20.io/images/617860/FLXISFfjl2rwWo6TWyowJA/max.png?13601596355" rel="nofollow">https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.d20.io/images/617860/FLXISFfjl2rwWo6TWyowJA/max.png?13601596355</a> Uncaught Error: NotFoundError: DOM Exception 8&nbsp; jquery.min.js:2 I also updated a picture of the ping bug in action - not sure if it's any help, but worth a shot? If there's anything else I can do to help out I'll be online and using roll20 for the next 30 minutes or so - drop me a message and I'll help any way I can :) Edit: Huh. I'm logged in to the same page in two chrome windows (not tabs) simultaneously. One window has the square bug, one doesn't.
This is indeed a bug with Chrome. Hopefully they will fix it soon. Until then unfortunately my hands are tied, sorry: <a href="https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=245233" rel="nofollow">https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=245233</a> (This is also what is causing the status bubbles to not be rendered with the correct fill sometimes...) EDIT: It looks like they have fixed this issue in Chrome 28 (which comes out in like 2 weeks). They are considering backporting it to 27 as well so the fix may be out sooner than that. Nicely done on the research, Riley. We'll just be patient until Google pushes out a fix.

Ah so I'm not going crazy. &nbsp; My movement tracker script has stopped showing the aura. &nbsp;I've been troubleshooting for awhile. &nbsp; Then I thought I'd better check to see if its something else. :)
I believe if you're willing to update to the Google Chrome Beta Channel (<a href="https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/beta.html" rel="nofollow">https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/beta.html</a>) this issue would be fixed for you right now...of course running Beta is not for the faint of heart, so you may just want to wait a week or two until the next release version comes out...
They marked this issue as fixed today. I don't think I've seen my Chrome 27 (release) update yet though. So hopefully even for those of you on Chrome 27 a fix is incoming here very soon.
