
Looking to run the Godsmouth Heresy pathfinder module. Looking to run for new players, new to role-playing in general or pathfinder in particular. It is a level one adventure with four pregen characters set up (my own not the ones that come with the module). The sheets are set and ready to play to jump right into the action. The game should last between 2 and 4 sessions which can be played anytime all players and I have doesn't just need to be on Wednesdays. Characters should level at least once so as to teach new players the process of leveling characters in the Pathfinder system. Modules are obviously set up to be a bit more of a dungeon crawl but there are also a number of roleplay aspects to this particular module. Synopsis: The temple of Pharasma (the not evil goddess of death who decides where people go in the afterlife) has come across a problem and has vaguely sent out feelers that they are looking for adventurers to investigate. The temple looking for aid is located in the city of Kaer Maga, a city that accepts all kinds as long as they mind their own business. Characters: Human Mercenary: A member of the Shoanti (think mix of native american and aboriginal australian) tribes who has forgone his/her tribes tradition of being the raging barbarian ad focused on becoming a thinking tactical fighter. Leaving his/her tribe to make his/her name as a sell sword (sell giant hammer realy but same difference) Dwarven Archaeologist: Interested in discovering the past of Golarion this rogue has focused his/her skills on those needed to explore ancient ruins. Rumor is the Pharasmin want something old explored and the dward knowledge of history, engineering, dungeons and the local folklore may well be useful to the church, plus ruins. Human Cleric of Pharasma: The Pharasmin church has decided to send one of their own to help deal with the problem. Specifically attempt at using his/her divine energy to destroy undead this priest looks to aid the church in any capacity he/she can. Human Sorcerer with Undead Blood: Some where in the history of his/her family this spellcaster has mingled in some unnatural way with the dead. This necromantic power his given him/her the ability to force its will upon the world. But the fear that the undead blood will cause him/her to rise from the grave instead of move on to his/her final reward means he/she looks to the church of Pharasma to keep him/her dead when his/her time comes. I have male and female tokens for each character so all new players are welcome in my game. Depending on how the first rune through works I may run again after.
