[Suggestion Forum] Clean up on isle 12 "Forum bloat"

Please make it so new suggestions are at the top of the list for at least 7 days, and "completed, denied, in Dev," are at the bottom of list... currently with the current way the suggestion forums work, this post will start on page 10... while more than 10 already completed suggestions Rot on the first two pages... < will add more ideas that sound good as people reply to this suggestion > (i dont expect anyone to go digging on page 10 for this so doubt anyone will)...
