It appears to be rolling "Surviva" rather than "Survival" when I press the button next to the "Survival" skill on the Pathfinder character sheet. As a result, the roll doesn't include the bonus, but is just a straight 1d20.

The "l" decided to skip town while editing the sheet. :-) It's been fixed, along with a few other things(thanks Nibrodooh) and will be corrected when the next round of GitHub pulls get cycled.
