I have a player who just joined my game that can't see the right side task bar. He can see the chat window, but can't see any of the icons above it to change his view to the journal or settings. Help please?
Please have the player post here so we can help him troubleshoot it. My guess it is an extension or plugin he is running. Please have him deactivate his extensions until he finds the one that is causing the problem. - Gauss
i am having the same problem i think the horizontal scroll bar is all the way at the top of the screen and there is no vertical scroll. I can't see maps and I cant see the text box but i can see the chat window. I have no plugins installed it is a fresh copie of chrome installed. Help me if you can
Anthony, first, go to http://supportdetails.com/ and post the details (except for IP address). Second, post a screenshot of your game (the entire window please). Sometimes I can see what is causing a problem that way. - Gauss
Just so you know Gauss, my player took your suggestions and disabled plugins. Turns out it was the Ask.com toolbar that was fouling him up. Figured you might be able to do something with that info.
Nine times out of ten, the reason the right tool bar displays improperly is because there are extra toolbars on the browser. It's why we ask for screenshots these days, because that's pretty easy to spot. :)
Sam, thank you for letting us know which Extension was causing the problem. It might help us troubleshoot the next person to have the problem. Unfortunately, there are so many extensions that asking the Devs to accommodate them all would prevent them from working on Roll20 itself. - Gauss
