Is anyone else having problems with the folders feature for characters/handouts?

Detailed Description of the Problem : Yesterday I had characters and handouts arranged into folders. Today, I do not. It's reverted to the previous arrangement before the folders feature was available. I can make new folders, but why bother if they're going to "undo" themselves sporadically? Steps to Reproduce the Problem : As I said before, I'm not going to try using the folders option a second time until I know whether this was just a freak occurrence or if it may happen again. Description of Your Setup : Operating System Windows 7 * Web Browser Firefox 26.0 * Javascript Is enabled * Cookies Are enabled * Using Dev server

Fairly certain this isn't the issue but did you do all of your folder management while the red 'interruption to the server' message was present and then log out before that went away (only thing i can think of that would prevent your folders etc from 'saving')? For the record my structure has remained intact since the update. And now for the official response:

I'm sorry you're having trouble with the site. Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.

In an effort to provide clearer information for this issue, I should add the following: I didn't set the folders up within the last 48 hours. They'd been there since the first day the feature rolled out. In that time, I'd neither added nor deleted nor even adjusted any add-ons or extensions for firefox, and had made numerous visits to the site. Each time, the feature worked perfectly. Thus, step two doesn't apply in this case. I did step three (and do it regularly, just out of habit). The only thing that I hadn't done was double check to see if my browser was auto updating as it should be. That's being corrected as I type this. If the folders don't reappear after this update, I'll flesh out step four further. Thanks for your time and effort on my behalf.
