New player looking to play a game of Fiasco

Hey, I've never played Fiasco before, but I was at the game shop today and some guys were playing next to my pathfinder group. After my session, I watched them for a while, and they looked like they were having a blast. I have a basic concept of how to play the game, although I'm still unsure about the specifics of giving away dice during Act I. other than that, I basically know what i'm doing though. I've just never *actually* played.

In stage I, you generally give dice away whoever you shared the scene with. If that's not clear, it goes to who will be affected. If that isn't clear, it goes to whoever the hell you want to give it to.

My Improv Role-Playing Guild plays at least monthly. There is talk about playing this Tuesday, April 14th. The games fill quickly but we are working on hosting multiple boards.
