No longer receiving notifications

I used to receive notifications instantly. It still shows in my account profile that I should receive them immediately. I am not receiving notifications at all anymore.

Hello Thadrine, sorry to hear you are having a problem receiving your notifications but just a have a quick question or two since you stated it is still set to your preference. 1. Did you check in your spam folder for any missing notifications? 2. Are you still a member of the campaign(s) if you were not the creator of them?

Just checked and nothing has gone into my spam folder. I am the GM of the campaigns. And I am no longer getting notifications.

Can you please follow Steps 1-3, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.

Gone through the steps, but this across multiple computers and browsers. I am not getting the email notifications.

I don't think you have been paying attention. This has nothing to do with a browser. I am not getting emails.

Pm what email address are you expecting the emails at.

I turned off notifications. Saved it. And then turned them back on. And now the emails are coming through.
