Windows outside the main window

I am not sure if this will be technically possible with HTML 5, so I just ask:

It would be nice if additional windows like the Initiative tracker window or the video chat windows could be placed outside the main window. For people with a second monitor, this would be a nice enhancement.

Yes, I'd also like to pop out the complete tabbed sidebar. And when popped out, I'd like to flatten it, so it's no longer tabs but columns. Then add a column with the properties of the currently selected token to it and it'd be perfect.

I'm honestly not sure how hard this would be. There is a cross-window messaging API that I have been meaning to look into...

But we'll certainly keep it in mind.

It may be actually pretty simple. At the moment I can log on in two different windows and have 2 functional GM views. So popping out the sidebar could work just the same. Having the properties of the selected token there might be a bit more complex as the sidebar windows would need to receive a server push for it.
