Fairly new player here looking for reliable not so serious, but cool people play d&d with I prefer using text myself and would like to play late night on weekends, please leave a post here if you want to play or can dm thanks
You need to include what edition you play; timezones. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th or even pathfinder. Without this information, people will ignore your posts.
title your posts better bruh

I was going to leave that in the air but I perfer 3.5 or earlier I'm eastern time zone
I have a game for you... it's called learn how to title your post.
If your not interested just don't reply
Yeah, don't listen to people like these. They want to reduce everything down to a computer program so they eliminate human interaction while looking for a game that's entirely human interaction. I feel like you included everything you thought was important.
Thanks I thought I mentioned everything I needed to at the moment the title was to attract postive attention lol

International scope of players does mean you did eventually have to say what time zone you're in; 'late night' is also a bit vague, to me that means a game that starts after midnight, for others that's a game after 8 or 9pm. Keep in mind, there's a few thousand prospective players for every willing GM. Your best bet is to keep an eye on the LFG postings and apply to everything that attracts your attention. Filling out the rest of your bio will help distinguish you from the crowd.
Or you could just ask
I'm looking for people that wouldn't care anyway
This is me just asking :) What games have you played before? You mentioned you were a relatively new players but were interested in 3.5 or earlier. They're vastly different; do you have a particular preference between original, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd? Are you familiar with the rulesets of each? Are you available on both Saturday and Sunday? One or the other? Depends? Late night is about what, 8pm or so for you? What kind of characters are you interested in playing? Do you have a particular concept in mind? A favored play style? etc. What kind of game are you looking to get into? Serious/Epic adventures, slightly silly at times, pre-written modules or homebrews? etc. What do you, as a player, want to get out of the game? How familiar with Roll20 are you? Have you gotten into the macro system at all? Know how to setup token actions/sheets/templates/anything else you might have interest in? If not, are you willing to learn? You mentioned you favor text. Is that a requirement or a preference? Would you join a voice-chat game if one were offered?
