Maps Losing Tiles

I created a large map and then rejoined as a player. When I rejoined, not all of the map tiles/textures loaded. Half did, half didn't, and not in the order that I put them on the map to begin with. Some things I did earlier in my building showed up while some things I did later in my building disappeared, so I don't think it was a memory loss problem or anything. Any help would be appreciated. (Please note that rejoining as GM didn't fix the problem, instead I saw the same loss when I rejoined as a GM.)

I experience this bug almost every time I use the site, on Windows, Mac, and ChromeOS, both on the Roll20 site and via Google Hangouts. I've also experienced the grid moving up and to the left, and usually only taking half of the placed graphics and tokens with it, completely destroying whatever I've made. This post sounds similar to that. What's the scoop? For me this is a huge bug that is ruining almost every campaign I've ran on this site. I can expect it to happen almost every time, and have to have everyone log out and back in to fix it, if we're lucky. Is there a workaround or a fix or anything?

Justin, could you provide more details as to what is happening? A step by step description or better yet a video would be helpful. Currently there is not a system-wide bug that matches the description of your problem. It may be a problem on your end or with your campaign. Please send me a Join link so I can check out your campaign. Also: go to http://supportdetails.com/ and supply the details (except IP address). - Gauss
