Missing Parts of Rooms I Created

First, while I've only been playing on Roll20 for about a month or so, in general I'm really liking my experience. So much so that I've been developing my own one shot campaign. However, this is where I've run into what I hope is a known and easily correctable bug. I've created a number of rooms and now at least 3 are missing a lot of elements such as missing hallways, objects, walls and so forth. I've tried reloading numerous times, tried closing the campaign numerous times, tried re-starting Roll20 and still the problem exists. I've put in a fair amount of hours into searching the net for all the elements that went into these rooms and, of course, hours in designing and building these rooms and I really hope I'm not going to have to rebuild them again. Thank you for your help.
An update. Things are worse, now one room is down to nothing but a door and a ladder. All flooring, walls and other objects gone. Also, a room that I had completed last night and earlier was fine is now missing floor elements. This is becoming frustrating.

I'm sorry you're having trouble with your assets loading in. Can you please follow Steps 1-3, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.
I'm still having this issue after having rebuilt the rooms. Could the problem be that I am only using stuff I have culled from the internet as opposed to buying various kits? In terms of Step 4 from Steve's post, 1. The Issue: I build various rooms for a one shot I'm trying to develop. I start with setting floor tiles, then walls, then doors and finally any additional touches such as torches, braziers, statues, plants and so forth. When I close the campaign and open it again in say 24 to 48 hours some of the rooms are missing various elements. Sometimes all floors and walls but most of the other stuff is there or the other way around. So something is happening in terms of certain elements are not being saved. 2. Windows 7, Chrome version 41, Java script enabled, antivirus is Bitdefender This is the room with the most problems. No floor, walls and some statues missing.

Roll20 doesn't require you to use images you've purchased through the marketplace, so things you've culled from the internet wouldn't be affected any differently than things you've purchased or created locally and uploaded. If you want to PM me a join link, I'll jump in your campaign and see if I have the same issue viewing it.

I am seeing a couple of: GET <a href="https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.d20.io/images/8511577/cFA5GL8UIDFnCgbr3lmKXw/med.png?14275638075" rel="nofollow">https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.d20.io/images/8511577/cFA5GL8UIDFnCgbr3lmKXw/med.png?14275638075</a> 403 (Forbidden) GET <a href="https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.d20.io/images/8511577/cFA5GL8UIDFnCgbr3lmKXw/med.png?1427563807" rel="nofollow">https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.d20.io/images/8511577/cFA5GL8UIDFnCgbr3lmKXw/med.png?1427563807</a> 403 (Forbidden) I can't switch pages without being GM'd, and visually, I can't be certain there is anything obviously missing on the page, but those seem suspicious. If you can GM me, I'll look at the other pages. Also, if you could post your own console log from Step 4 , that would be emmensely helpful.

Ok, got to the bottom of the issue. There was a misunderstanding about the relationship between assets in the User Art Library and the Campaign, and some of them had been deleted leading to the broken images in the campaign.
