Aaron's Group Initiative Script is Awesome

This script is the inspiration for it, or at the the impetus.. just need to get around to doing it. =D

it doesn't add my derived stats for initiative modifier. Is that a simple fix to create an inline so that the initiative formula on the character sheet becomes a number?

yep - sure is. Right on top. This is a really great script. The amount of time this will save in combat (since in my Star Frontiers game we roll initiative every round) will really help but my Initiative Modifier is Reaction Speed divided by 10. So right now I can't use it. I have been trying to figure out a way to do initiative this way: I want to do squad based initiative where one dice is rolled for the group and then everyone adds their modifier, but since I can't store a roll it currently is impossible to do it that way.

I blush every single time I see 'Genkitty Config System' or similar. *^_^* It started because I couldn't manage to config GroupInit easily!

Yeah, It's one of my early scripts and the config, while powerful, is very confusing. Ever time I go to use it I think "Why the heck did I do it that way?". Anyway, I'll have it fixed eventually...

Yeah I would name it GCS but then I couldn't say the word Genkitty which for some odd reason I just love saying.

I call it GenConS for short. Goes well with GenSAS and has nice symmetry with the gaming world. :)

This script *is* awesome, but I'm having trouble with it. I have it set to pull initiative from the characters' sheets, but the initiatives don't look right. Sometimes I get -1 initiatives or -2 (using Pathfinder rules here), using a Stat, Individual rolls. Sorry to intrude on your thread, was literally about to post my own when I saw this one on the front api page.
