Hi, you can manage your payment information on the 'My Account' > 'Manage My Subscription' page. Scroll down a little bit and there will be your previous invoices and subscription information where you should be able to edit your card info. I believe it will renew itself unless cancelled.
It auto renews. If that is a concern, you can subscribe then wait for confirmation (I always waited for it to show up on the statment) then cancel the subscription. This gives you a year subscription without the worry.
