Hierarchial Maps

So I've been DMing on Roll20 for a little over a year, I think. Just recently started paying for the Mentor status (♥) and something occurred to me. I don't care if you make it a Mentor perk or a free feature, but when I make maps, I don't like them to be linear like they are. I'm building a city right now, and in that city I have a map for a Tavern, a Witch's House, and several other things. I had to make a new map for the Tavern, and a new map for the Witch's house. Both of those could have been placed in a virtual folder, which could be expanded when double-clicked in the Map Selection bar. Then, under the Witch's house I am going to have an underground tunnel. This could be another "folder", treating the actual house map as a parent to the Underground Tunnel map. This would make transitioning much easier, especially for those of us who like to create maps in advance.

Interesting suggestion. Essentially it sounds like you would like "Folders for the Page Toolbar". Does that sound accurate? There are a couple of other suggestion threads regarding improvements to the Pages bar. You might want to add your Comments and vote on this other thread. (If you choose, you can revoke your vote from this thread at the triangle at the top, to re-vote on the other thread.) A better way to organize pages, https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1618045/a-better... Did you know that you can re-organize the sequence of Pages by drag-and-drop? For your needs, for now, you could drag the Underground Tunnel page to be directly beside your Witch's House map page, and it could be directly beside your City page. Wiki Docs page about drag-and-drop Pages, https://wiki.roll20.net/Page_Toolbar
I'll have a look at those, thank you very much.
