Fog of War won't reveal when too close to the right map edge. Oversizing the map seems to be a temporary fix. (And I'm not overshooting with the cursor, I know that can give problems sometimes too, but it's not that.)
Same issue for me. I have an area on the right side, and it won't reveal. I will try oversizing for a moment to see if that workaround is valid for me.
