One Player, Two Accounts

Hello folks! So, one of my players seems to have two accounts. One was created when he signed up for Roll20, and the other was created when he joined via google hangout. I had the same issue in the past, but I was able to manually fix it. However, we've tried to fix this one, but it doesn't seem to work. Is there any way a moderator could help to combine the accounts so this doesn't keep happening?

It's possible. Can you provide both of the account numbers? You can find that from the url of their profile page. For example yours is 155696. You can provide them here or have your player send a support request to <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a>.

I can provide the account number of one account: 680108. However, I can't access a profile for the other account, since he joins via google hangout.

Can you give me the url of a campaign he's played in with hangouts?

Christopher, that's a game with the account you've already shown me. What's a link to a game where the players has played via his hangout log in? Or is one of the other players in that game actually him as well?

One of the players in the game is him already. Basically, when he joined through Hangouts, it created a new account, and that's the default whenever he joins. I'll PM you with the names.

This should be fixed.
