Established group looking for another player to play weekly Saturday morning 10am - 1 pm EST. Due to life we have lost one and we need another. The party is mainly good except for the thief who is neutral. You would play a human, dwarf, elf, halfling, half elf, or gnome. What we have is a fighter, druid, warlock, and thief. Healing would be a big help, but not a prerequisite. You would start off as a 2nd level character. Looking for someone who has some D&D experience and not a rules lawyer since we are a fun group. Let me know something about you and what you would like to play. Background Demons try to claw their way into the mortal realm,
whispering sweet promises of power in exchange for treachery. Turning
good men into Warriors of chaos. Beasts walk on two legs in parody of
man, inhabiting the forests and making them impossible to tread without
fear of being butchered.
Vile wererats scurry through underground tunnels then swarming above ground in disease ridden numbers.
The desert lands of the south hide hidden treasures if
one can get past the booby traps and the unwavering legions of undead,
all under service of their undying lord.
If you think the undead will leave you alone as you leave them, you would be wrong, gravely wrong. Vampires, treating humanity as its cattle, walk the
streets unseen before summoning fourth foul magic’s and armies of ghouls
and zombies.
Then there are the more obvious threats. The green
skinned race of warriors know as orcs and their sneakier kin, the
goblins who build crude war machines and strike at cities in vast
hordes. Smaller goblinoids work for the brutish Ogres, twice that of
man in height and girth and forever hungry for the next meal. Their
appetite unbothered by where the meat comes from even if it is man.
But all is not lost, the high elves of Ulthuan, their
island home, teach man the arcane knowledge of magic even as their
darker kin raid towns and take slaves. The Dwarfs of the mountains show
their craft to engineers of the empire. In secret elves of the wood wage
war on the beastmen that hide in the forests. Mankind may not win the
war, but they are not about to lose it either.
