Looking for a few imagination-archaeologists to find their way to treasure and fortune on a mysterious island. The version is 1983's Basic and Expert rules, revised by Frank Mentzer. This is the version where death is just a step or two behind you, Elf, Dwarf, and Halfling are a class, and even the smallest enemies might be trouble. It's also the version where the rules aren't so incredibly dense that you risk playing jenga with every house-rule. Dual-Wielding, Attacks of Opportunity, and Clerical Bonus Spells for high wisdom scores are all things that have easily been added to games before. You don't need to have or find the books beforehand, nor do you need to have any experience with this version. It's simple enough that people can pick it up or just lean on macros and be absolutely fine. If you know any D&D, this will be familiar enough that you can roll with it. https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/24232/ile-de-leffroi
Is this a one shot adventure? Will we finish it tonight? Also, I do not have a character made. Are there any pregens?
No, No, You don't need one, and No.
