Can't load files larger than 5 MB as a supporter

If I am reading the website correctly, I should be able to load assets larger than 5 MB as a supporter, but I'm unable to load an 8 MB dungeon.
Hi, Michael, I hope you don't mind if I ask a few questions.  What file type are you uploading?  And are you dragging and dropping from your desktop or using the art library's upload option?
The file that won't work is a .png.  I successfully uploaded both a .gif and .jpg that were over 5 MB.   I was using the upload option by hitting browse and searching for the file on my computer.
i have never been able to load larger than 5mb files, and I have a mentor level. Maybe it is my .png format choice in the way?
Hmm... I'll look into this and see what I can find out.  In the meantime, if possible, I recommend using JPG format if you don't need transparency.  They tend to use fewer system resources anyway.  :)

It may be a problem with .png's. I will run some tests when I get home later tonight.  In the meantime, I strongly suggest you don't use PNGs unless you need transparencies. They can use up a lot of system resources, especially on slower machines.  - Gauss
I managed to reproduce the issue using the file chooser, however, if you drag and drop the file from your desktop to your campaign tabletop (instead of loading it through the art library upload option), it appears to work.  Please give that try and let me know if it works, if you could.

good to know, I will pass along this knowledge!
