Our GM can't access the roll20 site

When our GM tries to log in, he gets this error: NoMethodError: undefined method `each_pair' for "enter_anew_one:":String I can't find anything on it in these forums. he's tried both chrome and firefox, has rebooted computer, checked addons, plugins, and extensions, cleared cache, and run virus/maleware scans. It worked fine last week. Also checking the console shows this: GET <a href="https://app.roll20.net/home" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/home</a> [HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error 1024ms] The character encoding of the plain text document was not declared. The document will render with garbled text in some browser configurations if the document contains characters from outside the US-ASCII range. The character encoding of the file needs to be declared in the transfer protocol or file needs to use a byte order mark as an encoding signature. home reflow: 0.06ms reflow: 0.17ms Help would be appreciated. He couldn't even access these forums.

I'm not familiar with that particular kind of issue. I'll provide some standard troubleshooting practices, and your results can help another community member in assisting you if the problem persists after following this. Can you please (ask your GM to) follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.
I have the same problem too. It seams that I can use roll20 from firefox without any problem, but with chrome (witch is what I prefer to use) can't even render the forum site. All this happened this morning, it refused to do anything with the roll20 domain. Clearing case and disabling plugins and deleting cookies was no good.

Tatakiss, can you please follow Steps 1-3, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please post a brand new thread and follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.
you know, it's actually rather irritating when someone just posts a standard 'do this' thing without even really reading the initial post... I said he tried both chrome and firefox (both are latest version) [step 1]; checked addons, plugins, and extensions [step 2]; and cleared cache [step 3] as for the information, I can't seem to get ahold of him today. but I posted the console log before. pretty sure he uses windows8 from the times he's shared screen with us. after posting the thread, we did look into java by reinstalling it (forgot to edit that in). only thing I have no idea of is which AV he uses... but he said he hasn't changed anything from when roll20 worked last week. apparently chrome had an update recently, but that doesn't explain why firefox wouldn't work either... also in case it helps any, he was able to play using the DEV server.

Robert, there was an issue for our Greek users. It's since been rolled back and shouldn't be preventing him from accessing the site. Any chance that could have been affecting him?
OMG yes, actually. we were joking about an issue targeting greeks cause one of our other players found a twitter post that had the same error and his name was greek sounding! LOL thanks.

Glad that was the issue. Sorry about the inconvenience. We're trying to get better support for our international users but missed the mark on this update.
