Fixed: Stars Without Number skills layout bug

This has been fixed as of a week ago and submitted to Roll20 via pull request. As soon as the code is merged by Roll20 and pushed to production, this will be corrected for everyone.

In the meantime, you can workaround this by matching the alternating grey/white background on the skill rows. If you have a mentor account and need the fix ASAP, a better option is to just grab it from my repository and use it as a custom sheet:https://github.com/kevinsearle/roll20-character-sheets/tree/master/Stars_Without_Number
