If you have a table, you can still roll a die and select the result yourself. Rollable tables automate this process and provide the ability to make multi-sided tokens. Unless I'm mistaken, that's it.
Yup, Jay. That's exactly what Rollable Tables are there for. You create a table for a special-sided die and add the images for it. Once the table's completed you can even pull a token of the die out onto the tabletop and roll it there.
Otherwise you could create a graphic showing what your normal numbered rolls equal and add it as a background or token image, put it in the journal tab, etc. Not as nifty, but there are no playability issues.
