Looking for Co-DM for 3.5 game. Low level. newbie dm welcome

Ive got a level 2 game running with a few friends and 2 fresh new recruits. Its going well but world and encounter building takes time. Im looking for someone to help create NPC's, maps, and encounters to leave me.  Little more time for polishing, and perhaps a chance to bring in new players. lemme know  if youre intersted, when youre free, and how much experience you have (if any).

:) Just giving this one final bump. I've taken on 1 Co-DM, but the more help I have, the faster I can expand the world and the larger player base I can handle. If I get one more assistant, I'll probably be able to take on another two players in the near future.

There's a lot of tools out there that can make NPCs, maps, and encounters for you <a href="http://www.monsteradvancer.com/" rel="nofollow">http://www.monsteradvancer.com/</a> That one site helps with 2/3. There's a lot of world/island/city type builders as well.

To clarify, I know about the pregenerated stuff. I have plenty of tools available to me. I still need some extra hands. That, and it tends to have more love to it if another person made it. Thank you for the help though James.
