No sound from Jukebox

Similar to another post I found ( post-1829890 ), I am unable to play music or sounds from the Jukebox. I was able to do this a while back (approx. two years ago), but because I don't use it often, it wasn't until late last year that I noticed the sound wasn't working anymore. At the time I first noticed it, I was using OS X (Mavericks, I think) with Chrome (latest version). I tried FireFox and Opera as well, both with and without plug-ins, to no avail. I am currently running Linux (Debian 8) with Firefox and, again, the jukebox doesn't work. I tried the troubleshooting steps, i.e. ensuring master volume is maxed, disabling the browser plug-ins and clearing the cache, but nothing seems to help; I was even able to play the MP3 file from the post reference above.. Since this is a different OS and a different browser, I don't think either of those are a factor. The only thing I can think of is that my not installing Flash is the problem. Is this correct? As I don't like Flash, if this indeed the problem, I can live without the jukebox. I haven't used it that often, but I was planning on incorporating some sound effects for an upcoming horror game.
You may have already checked Cody, but the last time I had a problem with the Jukebox I found it was my firewall blocking it. Also, sometimes not all tracks play. My players will say they hear it but I don't. Just wanted to throw that out to see if it helps. Try a few different tracks.
I found the SoundCloud help page for using Linux without installing Flash . Installing the gstreamer libraries in lieu of Flash has allowed me to hear the jukebox, so to everyone that is having problems with the jukebox, make sure you either have Flash or a suitable substitute installed as part of your troubleshooting.

Ok, your findings / advice is noted, for Linux users in particular. It sounds like your issue is resolved. All good now right Cody?
Yes, everything is working for now. Thanks.
