Dedicated NPC Sheet

in addition to the character sheet section, another selection available to hold character sheet templates - basically duplicating the entry for character sheets and calling it something different. this would simplify monster placement in campaigns greatly, and allow the NPC sheets to be treated as distinct from the player sheets in the UI.
