GM profile/campaign Icon

Hie everyone :) I'm currently creating my first campaign on Roll20 and i really love this. But i just noticed à small bug. When you create a campaign/a GM profile/or a character/handout. You can drag or upload a picture to the profile. My problem is that this option doesn't work. i can't upload an image (png, jpg or gif) into the profile. I found a way to succeed it by upload it first to my library, then drag it to the character editing window. But this only work when i'm inside the campaign, if i want to change the picture of my GM profile or my campaigns, i just can't. here's some screenshots when i try to drop or choose a file in my computer (even if it is on the right format : png/jpg/gif) the image on the left stays like this, the loading bar doesn't move at all x) The picture i try to import has a size of 800Ko. Is it too voluminous ? Is it why i can't import images? It is not a dramatic issue, but i think it is important it terms of roleplaying. Sorry for my bad english, i'm french. If someone can help me on this problem, i would be very gratefull :) See you guys ;)
And i forgot to tell you, i'm on Apple Mac OS X, and i use Safari ;)

First off, your english in infinitely better than my french! The fact that the pictures will enter the profile avatar window from your library suggests to me that it could just be a case of timing? I've had it before when a picture dragged and dropped or selected to upload directly to a field can take much longer than expected for a relatively small file size (by modern standards at least). Anything approximating 1mb or so seems to take a long time unless added to my library via the actual upload process first. Obviously the timing is connection speed dependent also. Have you tried dragging and dropping an image then leaving it for a few minutes, go grab a coffee or something? Many times i've given up waiting, since i'm naturally too busy to wait more than a minute for things! I use Mac OS X too but chrome by default, please try the same actions in other browsers to see if it is the same behaviour there... If that doesn't result in the correct behaviour it may be a deeper issue in which case i would urge you to follow the standard technical issue steps: I'm sorry you're having trouble with the site. Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.
Thank you very much for your answer, it helps me to understand the problem. I have already tried to wait a few of minutes but it doesn't seems to work. I have also tried to upload a very small sized picture (about 49Ko) But the result is unchanged. I think i will try to do this on Mozilla which is the second browser i use. And if this doesn't work either then i will follow the standard technical issues. Thanks again, have à nice day ;)

I'm particularly interested in the console log from step 4 if the problem persists.
Thank you Aaron, but as you can see on my profile picture, i found the solution. The problem came from Safari, i tried to import the same picture with Mozilla, and it worked perfectly. So if anyone can't import pictures on Roll20 and is using Safari, i suggest him to try with Mozilla first or maybe with another browser. Thank you for your help, have great day ;)
