Invitation link not working

dont know if this the right spot for this but i have tried to join two games recently and the invite links are not working i keep getting Invitation Code Invalid dose anyone know why or how to fix it

Hi tauntdragoon. The invite code gets invalidated when someone quits or gets kicked from a campaign usually. If the GM sends you a fresh invite and you get an invalid, post in their looking for players forum (you will need to get the url if it is not enabled) and have the GM click on the invite button on your post. That usually works. Could you post your console log also if you get a fresh invite that is invalid?

Sorry if this feels a bit like the run around, but we need some more details about your situation: Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. ok sorry about that i kinda misunderstood what you posted but i followed the steps and used fire fox and still had the problem then and as a last ditch effort i used IE and it worked thanks for the help don't know hwy i didn't think of try a different broweser in the first place

One of my players is receiving the same error code not sure if its on my end or his. I have followed all instructions as stated. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Luke, if you've removed anyone from your game it will change the join link. Make sure your player is using the most up to date join link. If that doesn't work. Have your player post here after following the steps.
