Do character sheets support any type of If / Then statements?

I want there to be points allocated for a character sheet that will allow players to raise their stats accordingly and avoid any dirty dirty cheaters. Is there a way I can set up some sort of if/then statement to disable and enable a number box if they have points to spend and to lower the points as they are spent?
To the best of my knowledge, character sheets are not set up for it/then statements. A friend of mine runs a game here, but uses Obsidian Portal to track characters, game details, and such. While the players have access to the character sheets on both sites, Obsidian Portal sends an automated e-mail when anything in his campaign is altered. And he says doing side by side comparisons are pretty easy. Another friend once told me "If some one feels the need to cheat in a roleplaying game, they have large and terrible problems. I'm not going to struggle to force them to follow the rules, but neither am I going to tolerate their company."
Kk thx I think I know a way to prevent cheating regardless.
You can use CSS to turn elements adjacent to radio buttons on or off. For an example, see The One Ring character sheet, and how it switches between normal, adversary and lore master character sheets.
