Allow GM to center Player's focus to a location and set zoom level.

When you have large maps, players can get lost. Especially when you teleport them across the map so that they appear on a new floor of a building, dungeon, etc. Some competitor tools allowed the GM to press a button to center the play's view on a same location as the GM's and set the player's zoom level to match as well.

I would consider a GM refocusing the player's screen without warning/permission highly rude. I'm indifferent to the ability to turn it off, as I view that as a table problem. However, the ability to disable might be a worthwhile addition..

There is a way to change where players are looking at right now and I have asked to have an option to disable it on my side. Shift + Ping will center everyone's view on that spot. It doesn't change zoom level though. I had a DM that would constantly shift + ping on each and every player's turn to center the view for the youtube recording... and it was just absolutely aggravating.

Threads with +0 are actually persisting at the bottom of this forum, the way it works currently. Like HB said, the original poster can Delete their post to actually hide this thread. Revoking your +1 alone will return your +1 to your balance, but it won't actually hide the thread and disable voting on this until the original poster hits "Delete" on the top post.

F Kefka, you may re-post your suggestion if you want to focus this on allowing the GM to set the ZOOM level when moved. That part of your idea is not currently a feature. It is a valid suggestion. To move the Player's screen to the spot of their token, GM can hold the SHIFT button and Press-Hold the mouse button to "Shift-PING" on the spot. This will center all Players view to that spot. It wasn't a disagreement. It was a request to add an option for players to disable that on their side as part of the feature. To expand it.
