Well I have started a guild of sorts that is sort of a family. It is by invitation only and is a gathering of RP-focused people. Powergamers, optimizers, god-moders, number-crunchers, those sorts of people are not welcome. We are so committed to 'RP over powergaming' that we have even switched from Pathfinder to 5th edition D&D due to its lighter system and lack of number crunching players (most of whom prefer Pathfinder). That being said, we do still have players who play PF, and Cthulu, and M&M, and a variety of systems. It is a small community of like-minded individuals who just want to play games with similarly-oriented hobbyists, instead of having to wade through the pages and pages of people who are here to get something different from the hobby than RP and creative story-telling. We have a lot of talented roleplayers and you are sure to improve if you roll with us. All of us don't play in the same game together, but we all usually play with some of each other.
