I invited a friend to my campaign, but it hadn't started up yet.  By the time he got around to accepting the invite had vanished.  Now I can't invite him again because it says there is one pending.  Can an admin either just add him to my campaign, or "unlock" the invite so I can send it again?  His name is Temper T., and my campaign is Escape From Outpost 13.  Thanks!

What happens when you send him the launch link to the actual campaign? You can fetch the link if you go to Campaign Details -> Invite Players -> the link that appears on the bottom of the pop up window. It also can be found when you have the campaign loaded and scroll down to the bottom of the chat. You have to highlight it to reveal the link.

What happens when the player is given the unqiue campaign ID link - it should look like this:&nbsp;<a href="https://app.roll20.net/join/" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/join/</a> [ bunchofdigits] You can find this link on the Invite Players window and when you're in the game itself in the bottom of chat when you first launch it.
