Macros not working for some reason

ok so i just started playing a Shadowrun game and i was setting up macros and when i test them in the macro menu they work then i close it and for some reason it does not work with the button. Confused does not even cover it as all the macros im using are modifier d6 and then initiative formula from the wiki and they both have issues for one reason or another that i cannot identify pm me if you want a preveiw please

Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.

Is the macro written with token selected? and you don't have a token selected. That happens to be my biggest blunder for them not working.
