Yes. First, they need to have logged into your campaign at least once so they're listed as a player of that campaign. Then you go to your Campaign Details page from <a href="https://app.roll20.net/home/" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/home/</a> . Once on the Details Page, hover your mouse over the player's avatar image. You'll have the option to either Kick Player or Promote to GM. Promoting them to GM will give them all the capabilities of a GM. Regardless on whether a Player is promoted or not, anyone with the campaign link can log into your campaign at any time. You, as the campaign creator, don't have to actually be in the game at the same time.
