Map not fully loading for players

Screenshots attached (I also captured the support details, because that CSV was formatted so badly when I pasted it in here that it made my brain sad) When I opened a second window, and connected to my own campaign to test (used Chrome's incognito mode) everything loaded, but the background map file was very blurry/pixellated, almost as if it gave up loading the JPEG halfway through or something. the map file is a 1650x1450 JPEG, and it's 431KB I tried deleting & replacing the map, and even deleted and completely re-uploaded the file, but it still did the same thing. with the new file. Problem is difficult to reproduce, since it's only happened 1/3 times that I've connected to test.
This is actually a feature...it loads in a low resolution version of any large art assets so you can get up and running right away, then in the background it downloads the higher-resolution version and when it's loaded, it should pop in to replace the low res one. So keep the player window open for a bit and if it doesn't go high res within a few minutes (depending on your connection speed and the size of the file), let me know.
I haven't been able to reproduce the problem since (it just happened the once) so I'm going to assume that it was my sucky internet connection, and not a glitch in the site.
