Kelyn's Recon

And the basement: The stairway is from the meeting room. Low Jack, elven ranger is in the cell, he says his equipment is in the room east of where he is.

So with us heading back to town, I believe we'd be able to find some support with the Elves looking to attack these guys as well as some volunteers from the farms/villages/cities around this place if need be in order to deal with this threat that plagues their land. Perhaps we can even find some siege weapon, like a ballista or something and point it at that main entrance then try to lure them out into a kill box. Sure there looks to be a couple other places for them to exit but I believe the main brunt of the force will come from that front entrance. If we could time the attack to be on a stormy night as well we could have Kelyn and Niko ready with Call Lightning as we did with the dragon fight which will increase our damage output significantly. Ultimately I don't think we want anyone but Ragnar, Volkrak and Ravi getting into melee range of these guys for obvious reasons. Ragnar will have a -6 AC vs them which will help immensely, I'll plan on having him directly in the front taking the brunt of the attack, while Ravi and Volkrak who should be sitting at -2 and 0 AC (due to his dwarf bonus) respectively are on the flanks preventing the giants from spilling out into our artillery behind us. Giants are strong, but they are fairly stupid creatures so even if we get a good kill box going I don't think they'll stop funneling into it, which will be a huge benefit to us. As far as that guard tower goes, I don't think we should try to scale the 100ft tower and kill the giants on lookout. Instead we should just straight out blow it up with a fireball or a catapult to start the festivities off. If I recall correctly it was made out of wood so a well placed shot from either of those things will cause it to collapse.
Here is the roof showing the wooden tower and wood shingle roof.
