The items on the marketplace have tags, but when I purchase them the tags do not remain and I must go through them and re-add all the tags. Is this intentional?
I think they remain, but are hidden for whatever reason. Did you try using the tags to call them ?

Huh, you're right. They appear under "From Marketplace" instead of "Your Library". This does prevent me from untagging them though..

The "Global tags" words do not seem to appear under "Edit Tags" or in your library for those items, I noticed that too. Also, you are correct that you cannot untag those words. (Please Post a Suggestion in that sub-forum if you feel this behavior needs to be changed.) The tags that appear in your library can be called "Your tags"... meaning the tags that you added. But if you search in your art library for that pre-tagged-word (the "global tags" of the item), the item comes up, right?
Those tags are use for marketplace searches iirc, which are separate from user defined tags.

Ken L. said: Those tags are use for marketplace searches iirc, which are separate from user defined tags. Global Tags are separate indeed like you said, and help with finding things in the Marketplace, but I believe they are designed to come-up in your art library search in the same manner as user-defined tags. They should help within your campaign to find the marketplace art item that you purchased.
