People can't see each others pings or measurement lines

This problem started today and the only thing I have worked on was a hex map (so a tile of grass/trees/whatnot for each hex) and I hope thats not the reason... At some point 2 players joined and they goofed around a bit as players do ( :) ), using the measurement tool to point out where all the monsters will be that will kill them for some reason. This was when we noticed that I couldn't actually see either of theirs (same with pings) and the same thing occurred for them. Everyone can only see their own ping circles & measurement lines. This happens on all of the maps of this campaign now (it did work yesterday), a copy of the campaign showed the issue as well. We are using no API scripts, a custom Numenera character sheet and said Hex map. Could it be that there are too many tiles on one map which is affecting every map, and only the pings and measurements? It seems an odd thing to break. Any help would be greatly appreciated. edit: Making a new campaign altogether and copying the custom character sheet as well as the map does not reproduce the problem. I'm stumped.

Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.
Hello, I'm one of the players who was goofing around. I bring a gift of information. Browser: Chrome 43.0.2357.81 m (and also installed Firefox 38.0.1 to test, with identical results) Operating System: Windows 7 Javascript is enabled, all extensions and antivirus have been disabled. Console log: <a href="http://pastebin.com/mDB2UdzK" rel="nofollow">http://pastebin.com/mDB2UdzK</a> The issue only shows up in this campaign, every other one we've tested has been working perfectly. We've tested both brand new campaigns and old, pre-existing campaigns. From our testing, we've found that anything which persists on the tabletop (things like drawings, text, tokens and images) all work as normal, but 'temporary' things like pings, the measuring tool and /fx fireballs do not. Moving the view around the map with shift-click pings doesn't work, even for the player who pinged. And nothing shows up in the console log while we're pinging each other in the broken campaign (as you can see from the pastebin, which was a few minutes of pinging, drawing and reloading). The pings all show up locally just fine, but something about this campaign seems to have disabled sending the information to other players. It's all very strange.

As an addendum, today I noticed that chat messages don't seem to be saved on this campaign either. Well, they are saved in the full chat log aka chat archive, but inside of the campaign itself (so to speak), they are just gone. Seems like this one is just falling apart, its... odd.
Hi Mouse, Could you go ahead and send me a link to the campaign in question? I'll take a look into this and see if I can resolve this issue. Thanks.

Hi Mouse, i deleted your post as Ryan probably meant for you to PM him a link. Anyone could use the link you have provided to access your campaign when posted publicly like this... however, fear not my rodent friend, Ryan can still see your post and will be able to access your campaign as needed so no need to resend the link :)
Thanks Ziechael, I'm looking into the issue currently. I'll update here when we have resolved the issue. When I entered your game I was able to replicate it but was not able to reproduce it in my own game. Hopefully I'll have an update for you soon.

Hi Mouse, We dug into your campaign and the issues all stem from the fact that your custom sheet is using or used a dice template that no longer exists. If you add a roll template called peril, your issues may resolve. If you remove the character sheet it will fix your issues. If you clear your chat log completely, it may also resolve your issue. Let us know if you have any questions.
Yes, clearing the chat log fixed it. Thank you!
