Running a 5E One-Shot tonight! 3rd level, 8pm EST.

Hey everyone! I've put together the start of a campaign I plan on running, but first I need to dust off my DM boots and unrust my driver's seat. To that end, I want to run it as a one-shot dungeon crawl! We'll be playing at 3rd-level. I'm looking for four or so people to join. Leave a message here or PM me with your character idea if you're interested. While order will play a part in who I choose, it's not the only deciding factor, so don't be afraid to send a message if you already see four replies. I'm going to be working until 7PM EST, at which point I'll come home and send out invites to the game. Then you'll have about an hour to make your character if you don't have it made, or fill in important statistics into the character sheet.

I'd like to join, I've been toying around with a concept for a gnome rogue (arcane trickster). He was born into a poor family, but soon discovered that he had a talent for remaining unseen and hearing things he's was not meant to. With that he began selling secrets for money and soon he made a lot of it. However, along with the money he made a lot of enemies, so now he's on the run trying to remain hidden, but old habits die hard.

Oh, I should probably mention: It's not too important because this is a one-shot dungeon crawl, but all of the PCs start the game very dead. If you'd like, maybe think of what or who killed you.

I'd love to join. Human fighter (battlemaster), great duelist that witnessed the death of his teacher by a group of criminals the teacher refused to work for. Attempted to get revenge, but it didn't work out so well.

I'm interested in playing, my character concept is a half-orc barbarian who was cast out of his clan for murdering his twin brother in a friendly duel, because of blood lust. He's fairly young, extremely jaded, and trying to rediscover right and wrong through adventure. Out of battle he is calm, collected, and tries not to pick fights that seem unwinnable, once enraged the only thing that matters victory-at any cost. If he fell it was most likely due to overconfidence, or perhaps a trap or trick.

I'd like to join in. I'd play a High Elf Evocation Wizard. He's very proud of his magical talent (as high elves tend to be) and that pride made him stubborn and reckless. He attempted to cast Fireball before he was truly strong enough to do so. It detonated.... prematurely. It could happen to anyone. Honest. Luckily he avoided the resulting humiliation as the incident also killed him.
