Allow Ctrl + Ins and Shift + Ins version of copy-and-paste

I am a Dvorak user, and I find it easier to use Ctrl + Ins for Copy and Shift + Ins for Paste (I use Windows; I'm not sure if Mac has this option). It's fairly common to see in most programs; Any chance of seeing that simple button command added in?
It is the first time I see something else than ctrl+C and ctrl+V for copy and paste. Is it standard in some kind of programs? I am mostly using graphic or productivity programs and it is quite surprising.
I use Dvorak. It's a different keyboard layout than the standard QWERTY. Ctrl + Ins and Shift + Ins are built-in with Windows and many applications, just not Roll20. I'd like to fix that.
I use AZERTY, but the shortcuts are still the same (well, almost, being on a Mac, it is cmd instead of ctrl, but it is only two keys apart). I didn't knew about Dvorak (I thought it was a program), I am a little more educated today.
