I am a parent who would like to get more gaming into his life. So this game is being played on weeknights between 8:30 and 11pm EST after my kids are in bed. This would be multiple nights a week on a varying schedule. We will play from the end of June until the end of August. This will be a game played with D&D 3.5 running a Dungeon Crawl Classic module for level 1-3. Which will then be followed by another for levels 4-6. I am a GM of more than 20 years experience but this game is my first game using Roll20 so I will be learning to use the interface. We are playing via Google Hangouts. You must use a headset with mic. (Way too many technical issues with people who do not use a headset with mic!) When creating your characters only the core rulebooks will be available to the players. Use point buy to generate your ability scores with 28 points to spend. Create your character at level 2. Use max gold for your level 1 starting character plus 300. We'll use the 3.5 character sheet built into Roll20. Please note that I am a devout Christian which does affect the way I play the game. So evil and/or selfish characters need not apply. Your character should be a hero intent on saving the world. Or at least the next town over. (While also collecting loot!) Keep in mind that while this is a Dungeon Crawl I would certainly welcome avid roleplayers to the table. I've chosen to do a Dungeon Crawl because I want to keep my job as a GM to a minimum as I am still learning Roll20's interface. I would certainly enjoy players who will bring roleplaying skills to the table, but remember this quote from Dungeon Crawl classics "Remember the good old days, when adventures were underground, NPCs were there to be killed, and the finale of every dungeon was the dragon on the 20th level?" that's what this game will be like.
