Well I assume you have seen the wiki help page <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Shadowrun" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Shadowrun</a> that is a great start for using roll20 with Shadowrun. Something I didn't realize for awhile after starting to run games is that the DM can set up macro's and share them with all the players, so just set up a macro for all the dice pools from say 1-20 and the players can just click them at the bottom of their screen. For maps google image search of shadowrun maps, ect might help out. Also consider other modern/future game settings like d20 modern and traveler.
