Drawing Ban Hammer

There needs to be a check box that a GM can use to ban players from drawing, placing text, or putting anything on the board.

The ideas there include Allocating a particular color per-player, and having a pop-up label that tells which player drew any line.

Pointed this out in another thread: There is a way to track and control this for Pro members. API can: 1) Rat out the drawer on path create. 2) Remove the drawing on path create. 3) Force color on path create. 4) Force drawing to the GM layer for approval. 5) etc.
