When I click on the :Launch Campaign" link I see this message in the side bar. The browser you are using is not compatible with WebRTC, which is required for video and voice chat. If you're using an external application such as Skype or you don't want to use video chat, you can safely ignore this message. I am currently using IE 11, what browser do I need to be using in order to utilize the voice and chat functions of Roll 20? I plan to start a campaign soon and need to figure these things out so that all of the players and I can see and communicate with me. Help!
Pretty much anything but IE.
Ok I just downloaded Chrome Google and restarted my computer. It shows I'm using chrome yet when I went to the "Launch Campaign" link and clicked on the virtual gametable, I still saw the same message...The browser you are using is not compatible with WebRTC, which is required for video and voice chat. If you're using an external application such as Skype or you don't want to use video chat, you can safely ignore this message. What is wrong and what can I do to correct it?
I just logged out and then back in and the message went away. Is there any other information or steps I need to take to establish player visual and audio contact?

Make sure everyone is using Firefox or Chrome, that they are using the latest stable update (no nightlies), that if they have adblockers or javascript blockers to allow everything the tabletop wants to use. I sometimes have issues with tokbox when I've got too much memory being used by firefox; restarting helps that issue. When in doubt: Reload the browser; restart the browser; restart the machine.
When I am about to run a game I clear browsing data on Chrome (Canary), restart my computer, turn off firewalls, and only load Chrome. I already have Ad-Blocker disabled for Roll-20. We use Tokbox, and I never open anything else on my computer until the game is over.
Why would you turn off your firewall? Roll 20 is still the internet leaving you open to nasty things. What is Tokbox and how is it different than Chrome?

Gary V. said: What is Tokbox and how is it different than Chrome? Tokbox is the VOIP service used by Roll20. If you use the built-in voice features of Roll20, you're using Tokbox.
Turning off any firewall(s) is a bad idea. If you need to do something like that... whitelist tokbox and roll20 instead.

It would probably make sense to open a ticket in the Bugs and Technical Issues forum, then we can start the debugging process and get a dev involved if necessary.
