Player looking for any ruleset (knows basics of dnd)

played/dm a couple of times over the years in dnd and other games like qags, but a lot of it was house rules so to speak.  So I'm a noob basically, but grasp the roleplaying aspect.  I'm open weekdays from noon-3pm and weeknights from 11pm-4am est. gmt -5 I'm down with any setting, I just would like to play, and get a better sense of the rules, etc. of pen and paper games (pref. dnd or pathfinder etc.) Cannot do Fridays or Saturdays because of work
