Low fantasy RPG?

Which low fantasy RPGs are out there? I know of HARN is a low fantasy type game but what about RuneQuest 6e ? It looks to be more human centric and not as high fantasy as D&D and Pathfinder. I stopped playing/running D&D 5e and Dungeon Crawl Classics on account of those games being too high fantasy and overall 'goofiness'. I am looking for a game that is human centric, magic is rare, creatures are truly to be feared and the world is somewhat like ours.... I already play/run Call of Cthulhu and looking for a medieval style RPG that fits my criteria...
