This is just my personal and completely subjective tastes of course, but I find the current "fly-out, click to drop-down, and click yet again to pick" modality for zooming to be really, REALLY cumbersome and time consuming. Key shortcuts would be ideal, but failing that, at least let the zoom-level-flyout have all the zoom levels listed simultaneously, rather than hiding them in a combobox.
